This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and lead the efforts for cross-sell, upsell, and renewal revenue across all Cordance business units.
• Create and implement a comprehensive expansion strategy that spans multiple industries and product lines.
• Identify and focus on high-impact growth opportunities within the current customer base.
• Coordinate go-to-market teams across different business units to ensure unified account strategies.
• Eliminate barriers and establish standardized processes for recognizing and executing expansion opportunities.
• Guarantee clear ownership, accountability, and collaboration among teams.
• Manage the renewal strategy and its execution to optimize retention and minimize churn.
• Enhance adoption, engagement, and the realization of long-term value.
• Develop and oversee an expansion pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting across products and business units.
• Collaborate with Product and Pricing teams to refine packaging, bundling, and pricing strategies that facilitate expansion.
• Maintain visibility into customer data, usage, and signals of expansion across platforms.
• Build and lead a high-performing expansion organization, encompassing account management, renewals, or hybrid roles.
• 10–15+ years of experience in revenue leadership positions (such as expansion, account management, customer success, or sales).
• Background in a software/SaaS environment.
• Proven success in driving net revenue retention through cross-sell, upsell, and renewal strategies.
• Experience operating across various products, business units, or industries.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and align diverse stakeholders.
• Strong skills in analytics, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Experience in building and scaling high-performing revenue teams.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable playbooks, operating rhythms, and cross-functional workflows.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
