VP, Enterprise Data, Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the Credit Union’s comprehensive data and analytics division.

• Convert governed, reliable data into actionable insights that align with strategic goals.

• Define the strategic vision, operational framework, and performance metrics for Business Analytics and Data Management.

• Design and implement the Credit Union’s long-term enterprise data and analytics strategy.

• Assess new technologies and prospects to improve organizational capabilities through data.

• Supervise enterprise reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and self-service analytics functionalities.

• Maintain executive responsibility for enterprise data governance policies, standards, and practices.

• Construct, nurture, and lead a high-performing data and analytics organization.

• Act as the primary enterprise consultant on data strategy, analytics, governance, and information management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field is required.

• At least twelve (12) years of progressively responsible experience in data, analytics, business intelligence, information management, or related fields.

• A minimum of seven (7) years of leadership experience overseeing managers, senior leaders, and professional teams.

• Proven experience in leading enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics, and modern data platform initiatives is required.

• Experience in financial services, banking, credit unions, or similarly regulated sectors is highly preferred.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered as a substitute for stated qualifications.
