⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of progressive experience in software engineering

• Strong conviction in AI technology

• Proven ability to scale engineering teams of 50 or more engineers

• In-depth technical knowledge of cloud-native architectures

• Outstanding executive presence

• Experience in HIPAA, PIPEDA, or similar regulated data environments

• Demonstrated success in managing delivery partners or offshore teams
