VP, Content Expert – Market Access

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of population-based market access strategies, incorporating insights from payers, providers, and health systems to create unified recommendations for clients.

• Design engagement strategies for decision-makers that influence access within payer organizations, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and other organized customer bases.

• Convert healthcare policy, reimbursement trends, and stakeholder dynamics into strategic frameworks and content platforms that are forward-looking.

• Establish and refine narratives, value propositions, and access strategies related to payers and population health throughout various product lifecycles and portfolios.

• Act as a senior advisor to clients, providing guidance on enterprise-level access strategies while ensuring alignment with real-world decision-making contexts.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with senior clients, steering project direction and ensuring the delivery of impactful, insight-driven results.

• Mentor team members and contribute to the growth of accounts, the acquisition of new business, and the advancement of integrated market access capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in market access within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors, with a focus on payer and population-based strategies.

• Proven ability to shape access strategies across diverse stakeholder groups (payers, providers, IDNs, government) with measurable success.

• In-depth knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, including the processes by which population-level decisions are made, influenced, and implemented.

• Demonstrated experience in leading senior client interactions and orchestrating cross-functional strategies involving Strategy, Medical, and Creative teams.

• Strong history of developing strategic frameworks and content platforms that support value communication and access decision-making.
