📋 Description

• Manage the Clinical Solutions publishing program for both global and local portfolios, encompassing books and digital products.

• Create and implement a content strategy, which includes evaluating proposals, financials, and conducting portfolio roadmap analyses.

• Ensure a robust pipeline of strategic programs and efficient content utilization across various platforms.

• Analyze market trends and adopt best practices to sustain competitive advantage.

• Align content initiatives with overarching priorities, focusing on portfolio optimization and platform integration.

• Collaborate with business units to facilitate electronic solutions, translations, and content localization.

• Enhance financial outcomes by managing expenses, assessing proposals, and ensuring healthy gross margins.

• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, including financial data, reporting, and operational insights.

• Proven leadership experience in managing digital content or publishing programs within a matrixed environment.

• Knowledge in health-related fields, particularly with medical reference and clinical research portfolios, is preferred.
