VP, Clinical Care Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure the consistent application of Amae’s care model throughout therapy and integrated care teams.

• Convert evidence-based methods (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) into organized, repeatable processes.

• Recognize discrepancies between design and real-world implementation — and address them effectively.

• Develop systems for supervision, case reviews, and quality assurance.

• Create feedback mechanisms to identify and rectify clinical drift at an early stage.

• Incorporate measurement-based care into everyday clinical practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed therapist (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent strongly preferred).

• 10–15+ years of experience in behavioral health, particularly with serious mental illness.

• At least 5 years in clinical leadership positions.

• Proven experience in scaling clinical programs across various sites or programs.
