This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Personally source and secure over $5 million in closed loans each month through partnerships, following the initial training and ramp-up period.

• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism within the industry.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the real estate investment property sector and effectively convey how the Lima One product offerings can assist our clients in achieving growth and success.

• Educate business partners, referral sources, Third Party Originators, and brokers about the value proposition of Lima One, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in your markets for all matters related to real estate investment property finance.

• Participate as a speaker at industry events, and host meetups, seminars, and networking functions to expand your business portfolio and promote the Lima One brand.

• Approach each day with urgency and drive, striving to excel and be recognized as the best in the industry.

• Deliver exceptional customer service.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Private Lending sector (FNF, Bridge, New Construction, and/or Perm Debt) focusing on single-family and multifamily asset classes.

• Must currently hold an NMLS license or be able to obtain one within 30 days of employment, along with 2 years of loan origination experience.

• A portfolio of business that is concentrated in Wholesale/Third Party Originators, complementing Lima One’s loan products, including Fix and Flip, New Construction, Rental Property (DSCR), and Bridge loans.

• Demonstrated ability to creatively source and cultivate new business opportunities.

• High energy and passion for delivering the best customer experience in the industry.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
