VP, Assurance Ecosystem

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategic vision and long-term development of the Assurance Ecosystem.

• Formulate and implement the annual growth strategy for the Assurance Ecosystem.

• Establish and sustain a strong business development pipeline.

• Cultivate opportunities from the qualification phase to award.

• Direct proposal strategy and solution formulation for Assurance-related initiatives.

• Forge executive relationships across federal agencies and strategic collaborators.

• Recognize emerging market trends and create new service offerings.

• Represent Ibility at conferences, industry gatherings, and client interactions.

• Ensure that every engagement exemplifies Ibility's dedication to outstanding client results.

• Provide executive oversight for all Assurance engagements.

• Guarantee that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Maintain responsibility for client satisfaction and mission effectiveness.

• Recruit and retain top-tier consulting talent.

• Develop career trajectories and succession plans within the Assurance Ecosystem.

• Coach and mentor consultants at all levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly preferred.

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in audit, compliance, risk management, or government financial management, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.

• Extensive knowledge of federal audit standards (GAGAS/Yellow Book), OMB circulars, and federal financial management regulations.

• Proven experience leading assurance or compliance engagements within federal government or public health entities.

• Strong executive presence, advisory capabilities, and the ability to convey complex compliance and risk matters to senior leadership.

• Experience in managing professional services teams and multi-engagement portfolios with a focus on quality and results.
