This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Contribution to pipeline and revenue through partner-sourced and partner-influenced efforts
• Development and implementation of co-sell and partner-led go-to-market strategies
• Establishing strategic relationships with key ecosystem partners across various market routes (e.g., distribution, hyperscalers, resellers, global system integrators, MSSPs)
• A reliable and scalable partner operating model with defined accountability
• Building and leading a high-performing alliances organization in the Americas
• Driving revenue through the ecosystem
• Achieving consistent growth in partner-sourced pipeline and partner-led bookings
• Positioning partners as a primary revenue engine rather than a secondary effort
• Developing and scaling co-sell motions that are thoroughly integrated into the sales process
• Maintaining strict oversight on pipeline inspection, deal progression, and forecast accuracy
• Leading co-sell execution alongside sales teams
• Collaborating closely with Regional Sales Leaders, Sales Representatives, and CrowdStrike leadership to promote joint execution
• Ensuring early and effective engagement of partners in the sales cycle
• Eliminating barriers between sales and partners to enhance deal velocity and win rates
• Holding teams accountable for joint pipeline creation and closure rates
• Building and scaling the ecosystem
• Defining and executing the Americas partner strategy aligned with CrowdStrike’s platform and growth objectives
• Directing the ecosystem to focus on high-impact partners, use cases, and market routes
• Recruiting, developing, and activating partners capable of delivering measurable revenue impact
• Expanding CrowdStrike’s outreach through MSSPs, cloud marketplaces, and strategic alliances
• Managing strategic partner relationships
• Cultivating and sustaining executive-level relationships with strategic partners
• Facilitating joint business planning with clear outcomes, metrics, and accountability
• Developing solution plays and integrations that enhance platform adoption and expansion
• Ensuring CrowdStrike is recognized as a strategic partner and leader within the partner ecosystem
• Operating with discipline and accountability
• Establishing a metrics-driven operational rhythm (QBRs, pipeline reviews, partner scorecards)
• Monitoring and managing KPIs related to pipeline, revenue, attach rates, and partner productivity
• Collaborating with RevOps and Partner Operations to create scalable systems and reporting
• Promoting consistency and execution excellence across regions and partner segments
• Leading and developing the team
• Building, leading, and expanding a high-performing team of alliance managers and leaders
• Setting high standards for performance, accountability, and execution
• Developing leadership talent and succession plans
• Encouraging a culture of ownership, accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement
• Over 15 years of experience in alliances, channels, or ecosystem leadership within enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue through partners at scale
• Extensive experience in building and executing co-sell motions with enterprise sales teams
• Strong knowledge of cloud ecosystems, MSSPs, and contemporary partner routes to market
• Experience in managing and expanding strategic alliances
• Operational rigor in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally
• Experience in leading and scaling high-performing, distributed teams
