VP AI Strategy – Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish and steer the strategic vision and operational implementation of Artificial Intelligence capabilities.

• Take ownership of the development, communication, and execution of the enGen AI roadmap.

• Promote AI adoption and initiatives within enGen as well as throughout the enterprise.

• Monetize enGen's AI capabilities to uncover and cultivate new revenue opportunities.

• Foster and maintain robust partnerships across the enterprise and within enGen.

• Provide adaptable, high-quality AI solutions and operational frameworks that comply with privacy regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline.

• 7 years of experience in a management or leadership position.

• 7 years of experience leading data initiatives directly with both internal and commercial clients.

• Proven experience managing complex projects in the consulting, healthcare, or insurance sectors.

• Demonstrated success in driving transformational change, leading teams, developing talent, and fostering relationships.

• Experience operating a profit and loss center.

• Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies and tools.
