Language Alignment & Resource Partner, Lithuanian – Freelance AI Trainer Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Operate independently to deliver linguistic quality assurance and create alignment resources.

• Review, annotate, and assess AI outputs for grammatical precision, naturalness, and adherence to cultural context.

• Serve as the primary quality assurance during production, proactively identifying and rectifying nuanced cultural errors or awkward expressions in the Lithuanian language.

• Analyze trends in task quality and independently develop educational materials and feedback documentation to enhance alignment between AI task outputs and campaign standards.

• Provide native-level language evaluation during project scaling and offer specialized linguistic advice throughout the production process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven work or educational experience in linguistics, education, or other disciplines demanding a keen attention to linguistic detail.

• Previous, concrete experience in human data evaluation or annotation.

• Confirmed proficiency in the Lithuanian language at the C1 or C2 level.

• Ability to effectively translate raw feedback and quality trends into organized, actionable educational materials.

• A detail-oriented approach to language, equipped with the acuity to pinpoint and rectify even the most subtle awkward phrasing in their native language.
