AI Automations and Data Specialist – Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the evolution of accounting by designing, developing, and sustaining the automation and data infrastructure that drives our organization.

• Take charge of essential reporting systems, AI-driven workflows, and business automations that impact every department.

• From Power BI dashboards and SQL pipelines to solutions powered by GPT and Claude, continuously enhance how teams operate, make decisions, and serve clients.

• Create systems that eliminate repetitive tasks and convert data into dependable business insights.

• Manage and uphold production Power BI dashboards and develop reporting solutions that facilitate operational and financial decision-making.

• Ensure data integrity across various business systems and maintain reporting accuracy through rigorous testing, validation, and documentation.

• Document systems, workflows, automations, and technical procedures, collaborating with stakeholders to identify operational challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in building business automations and data solutions within a B2B context.

• Proficient in Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX, and production reporting.

• Practical experience with Python and SQL for data transformation and automation tasks.

• Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or other similar low-code tools.

• Hands-on experience with AI platforms like GPT or Claude for automating workflows.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, structured tables, and connected workbooks.

• Strong grasp of APIs, integrations, and contemporary SaaS ecosystems.

• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.

• Highly organized with remarkable attention to detail.
