This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +10 more states.
• Create, design, and sustain enterprise data literacy, analytics, and AI training materials and curricula that align with established learning objectives and organizational standards.
• Conduct engaging, learner-focused in-person and virtual training sessions utilizing facilitation techniques that encourage interaction, comprehension, and practical application.
• Simplify complex data, analytics, and AI concepts into clear, accessible language for learners with diverse levels of data literacy.
• Lead Insights Bar sessions, office hours, workshops, and learning events to foster ongoing analytics and data empowerment.
• Develop training resources across various modalities, including instructor-led content, virtual learning, recorded videos, self-paced e-learning, job aids, and interactive learning materials.
• Create and present engaging training materials using contemporary instructional design tools and platforms such as Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, Storyline, JavaScript, video editing software, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Implement standardized design frameworks and utilize knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards, alongside strong UI/UX principles, to deliver effective and user-focused learning experiences.
• Assist in crafting and maintaining role-specific training curricula tailored to defined personas (providers, analysts, developers, nurses, super users).
• Facilitate standardized onboarding and enablement pathways across analytics, AI, and enterprise toolsets.
• Keep training documentation, workflows, job aids, and multimedia learning resources up to date in line with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and enterprise stakeholders to pinpoint learning needs, clarify requirements, and transform them into impactful training solutions.
• Provide remedial and optimization training to bridge adoption gaps or resolve workflow challenges.
• Monitor participation, feedback, and the effectiveness of training programs, and convey insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Organize training logistics, schedules, communications, and materials in collaboration with stakeholders from clinical, operational, IT, and analytics teams.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Education: Bachelor's degree; or Associate’s degree with 2 years of relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum experience required; or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant professional experience beyond the minimum experience required.
• Experience: 5 years of experience in an education or healthcare-related field, including 2 years in training development.
• Certification: Epic Cogito certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Proficient in developing and delivering training using tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms; familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards, UI/UX principles, and platforms like Epic Cogito is preferred.
• Ability to convert complex healthcare data, analytics, and AI concepts into clear, actionable learning for clinical, operational, and administrative audiences with varying data literacy levels is preferred.
• Experience in coordinating and facilitating analytics consultation sessions (e.g., “Insights bar” or similar support model), office hours, workshops, and learning events is preferred.
