VP, Advisor Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee a designated territory encompassing all products provided by Nuveen.

• Establish consultative partnerships with financial advisors.

• Utilize data analytics within the territory to pinpoint optimal opportunities.

• Supervise the pipeline process to monitor opportunities through various sales stages.

• Collaborate and exchange best practices with regional teams.

• Execute discovery efforts to assess opportunities within our clients' asset allocation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience required; 5+ years preferred.

• FINRA Series 7 & 63 (or a combination of 63 & 65); must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Strong blend of sales acumen and analytical capabilities.

• Extensive knowledge of the financial markets.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficient in client profiling.

• Outstanding planning, organizational, and time management abilities; capable of analyzing and prioritizing substantial amounts of information.
