This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver voice-driven customer support in a compassionate and personalized manner, ensuring tailored solutions that address customer needs;
• Proactively present our financial offerings with the aim of fostering customer loyalty and achieving optimal results for the client;
• Achieve and surpass sales objectives, with potential for earning rewards based on performance;
• Greet customers, address inquiries, and manage requests with a commitment to excellence, guaranteeing total customer satisfaction with every engagement.
• Completed high school diploma
• Previous sales experience is advantageous
• Willingness to work a 6x1 schedule (Monday to Saturday)
• Daily shift duration: 6 hours and 20 minutes
• Internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps and a wired (Ethernet) setup for desktop usage
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Knowledge of customer service methodologies
• Strong active listening skills and capability to evaluate customer needs
• Effective time management and prioritization of tasks
• Initiative and a genuine desire to make a positive impact
• Capability to collaborate within a team and explore innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
