This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
β’ Manage a substantial volume of incoming calls from patients with professionalism and a positive attitude, while delivering outstanding, personalized customer service.
β’ Respond to inquiries by researching, locating, and providing pertinent information, including any promotional or new product details when applicable.
β’ Direct customer requests to the appropriate departments as necessary.
β’ Ensure accurate record-keeping in the Patient Contact Center and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) databases by entering information promptly and keeping all files current.
β’ Record all call details in accordance with standard operating procedures.
β’ Uphold patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
β’ Maintain a thorough understanding of procedures, protocols, and office policies.
β’ Conduct outbound calls as requested.
β’ Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
β’ Exceptional written, verbal, and listening abilities.
β’ Previous experience in a Call Center or Customer Service setting.
β’ Proficient in essential computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, etc.); adept at data entry and typing.
β’ Familiarity with customer service principles, call center technology, and administrative processes; strong decision-making and organizational skills.
β’ Outstanding customer service capabilities and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
β’ Residency in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, or Massachusetts is required.
