Vocational Trainer in E‑Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a member of WBS TRAINING, you embody your profession with enthusiasm and vision.

• In your capacity as a vocational trainer, your main objective is to foster the competency development of course participants.

• In designing your lessons, you serve as both a content provider and a learning guide — embracing Learning 4.0!

• This encompasses: subject-specific instruction presented from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D® and the implementation of diverse teaching methods for lesson design.

• You will supervise and assist our retraining participants with their IHK-related reports and projects (IHK = German Chamber of Industry and Commerce).

• Engagement in quality assurance initiatives is also expected.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of vocational training or a degree in E‑Commerce, combined with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in e‑commerce / online retail, especially in areas such as assortment strategy, sales and sales channels, marketing, and partnerships.

• Initial experience as a vocational trainer, instructor, presenter, lecturer, or educator is beneficial.

• Additional knowledge in the following areas is preferred: legal and regulatory frameworks, commercial controlling and monitoring, project-oriented methodologies in e‑commerce, accounting and cost performance accounting, and project management.

• Evidence of pedagogical proficiency (e.g., AEVO) is required.
