This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create video advertisement content from creative briefs, including UGC, product demonstrations, testimonials, and branded advertising formats.

• Edit raw user-generated content and creator footage into engaging, conversion-oriented advertisements tailored for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Ensure brand consistency in motion, color grading, audio, and on-screen typography for every client project.

• Quickly iterate on internal and client revisions based on structured feedback.

• Meet all delivery deadlines as per our established service level agreements — timely delivery is essential.

• Assist in building and maintaining a reusable library of UGC hooks, product demo templates, stock footage, and music assets to expedite production across the agency.

• Identify and correct your own mistakes before quality assurance does — including spelling, audio synchronization, branding, cuts, and pacing.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience editing video advertisements for direct-to-consumer (DTC) or ecommerce brands (agency experience is highly preferred).

• Practical experience in editing UGC and creator-style advertisements for Meta and TikTok.

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut (knowledge of After Effects is an advantage).

• A reel or portfolio showcasing ecommerce video advertisements you have personally edited.

• Exceptional attention to detail — issues such as typos, audio glitches, and misaligned captions are unacceptable in our work.

• A strong work ethic with a proven record of meeting deadlines without requiring follow-ups.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment with rapid revision cycles.

• Preferred: Skills in motion graphics and animation (After Effects, lower-thirds, kinetic typography).

• Understanding of what captures attention and stops the scroll (you have enough ad experience to form opinions).

• Familiarity with production workflow tools like ClickUp, Frame.io, or similar.

• Knowledge of Meta ad specifications, aspect ratios, and platform best practices.
