Visualization Developer, Pleno – Tableau

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Dashboard Development: Create, maintain, and optimize interactive reports and dashboards using Tableau.

• Business Understanding: Interpret and translate user and stakeholder requirements into efficient analytical solutions.

• Data Management and Processing: Manipulate and structure data sources to ensure proper feeding of the dashboards.

• Design and Best Practices: Apply concepts of Data Visualization, UX, and best data design practices to deliver functional and visually appealing solutions.

• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, performance issues, or errors in reports.

• Collaboration: Work in partnership with multidisciplinary teams (Data Engineering, Business, and Product).

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid Experience: Previous work as a Developer/Data Visualization Analyst with a focus on Tableau.

• Tableau Expertise: Strong knowledge in creating parameters, advanced calculations, LODs, and performance optimization.

• Data Knowledge: Good capability in data manipulation and analysis (SQL is a relevant asset).

• Language: Basic English (ability to read technical material and general comprehension).

• Soft Skills: Effective communication, analytical capability, and a collaborative attitude.
