SQL Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the comprehensive development of business analytics solutions.

• Partner with business stakeholders, fellow developers, engineers, and analysts to craft data-driven solutions.

• Collect requirements, formulate project plans, and prepare documentation.

• Integrate data from various sources and develop new datasets to facilitate downstream reporting and analytics.

• Oversee customer expectations effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in analytics with advanced SQL programming skills in a data warehouse or big data analytics context.

• Proven experience in developing datasets, tables, and views to support downstream reporting and analytics.

• Knowledgeable in data modeling principles (dimensional/fact, cardinality, normalization, etc.).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong ability for critical thinking.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, both within and across teams.

• Experience in creating and maintaining SSRS reports.

• Background in the healthcare industry, including familiarity with healthcare data, reporting, or analytics environments.

• Experience utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-based data solutions.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
