Visual Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement Tekmetric’s branding across various platforms including digital, social media, print, and event designs.

• Transform creative briefs into refined, brand-aligned design outputs for campaigns, content, and marketing efforts.

• Collaborate with marketing colleagues on campaigns, content creation, social media, events, and customer storytelling projects.

• Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials, encompassing logos, fonts, color schemes, and core messaging.

• Assist in the development of templates, visual systems, and documentation of brand standards.

• Work with cross-functional teams to convert strategies into compelling visuals.

• Contribute to an expanding design library and enhance creative workflows for efficiency, scalability, and uniformity.

• Engage in brainstorming sessions and present concepts that elevate Tekmetric's visibility.

• Thoughtfully integrate feedback and effectively communicate with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of design experience, either in-house or at an agency, with a focus on branding, marketing, or campaign projects.

• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and multi-channel design experience in digital, print, social media, and/or event contexts.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

• Capable of converting creative briefs and brand guidelines into visually striking work.

• Strong understanding of design hierarchy, typography, and visual storytelling techniques.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; comfortable presenting designs and handling feedback.

• An organized and proactive mentality for managing tasks in a dynamic environment.

• A sense of curiosity, humility, and genuine interest in engaging with real-world audiences.

• Experience with motion graphics, photography direction, or experiential design is advantageous.
