Web and Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop logos, original artwork, and pre-production designs.

• Implement brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency and enhance images through photo editing.

• Participate in typesetting and layout design activities.

• Create website mockups featuring engaging imagery.

• Generate item templates and redraw items according to specifications and photographs.

• Uphold brand standards while exploring creative opportunities.

• Assess final layouts and recommend enhancements as necessary.

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their ideas and manage expectations.

• Undertake ad hoc responsibilities relevant to the position.

• Establish and maintain Shopify sites, ensuring support for creative and visual content needs.

• Update and maintain the client's Sage-based website.

• Produce product and design mockups for client evaluation and presentation.

• Craft engaging visuals for web and e-commerce applications.

• Design and format PowerPoint presentations along with accompanying visual materials.

• A robust portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills and creativity across multiple mediums.

• Ability to provide and accept constructive feedback.

• Strong grasp of design principles, visual composition, and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

• Strong time management capabilities and the ability to meet deadlines.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer or in a comparable creative role.

• Proficient verbal, written, and English communication skills.

• Flexibility to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US operating hours.

• Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.

• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Knowledge of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

• Experience with Shopify setup and maintenance is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with maintaining or updating websites, especially Sage-based platforms, is advantageous.

• Strong PowerPoint abilities with a knack for creating visually appealing presentations.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities through effective organization and prioritization while adhering to strict deadlines.

• Passion for design with a discerning eye for aesthetics, trends, and innovation in the graphic design sector.
