Visual Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and customize Agency Revolution websites to embody the culture and personality of our clients' businesses.

• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, and WPBakery to craft visually appealing website designs adhering to our Forge website platform and workflows.

• Collaborate closely with our Onboarding Team to grasp client and company objectives.

• Implement updates based on client feedback or internal requests.

• Engage in team meetings to assess project statuses and other activities.

• Take advantage of our comprehensive suite of advanced tools and applications, including Google G Suite, ClickUp, Front, Slack, and more.

• Flourish in a dynamic company environment while enjoying the journey of growth together!

⛳️ Requirements

• "Real world" experience or a relevant college degree is required.

• Experience in WordPress and website design (preferably with WPBakery).

• A portfolio showcasing sample work.

• Knowledge and comprehension of basic CSS/HTML/JS.

• Experience in a marketing agency setting and/or working with clients.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities with ease.

• Self-driven and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team framework.

• Skill in managing expectations, establishing schedules, and ensuring deliverables are completed as agreed.

• Comfortable brainstorming and providing creative solutions to both large and small challenges.

• Quick-thinking and capable of addressing questions and challenges as they arise.

• Excellent follow-up and follow-through capabilities.

• Experience with Apple Macs, Google G Suite, and other online tools is preferred.

• The ability to swiftly learn these and other tools is of greater importance, however.
