This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Work closely with the marketing and advertising teams to grasp campaign goals, target demographics, and essential messaging.
• Create original and captivating visual concepts for both digital and print advertisements, which include social media ads, display ads, email campaigns, banners, and more.
• Design advertisements that adhere to brand standards and resonate with our target audience, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand identity.
• Optimize designs for diverse platforms and ad formats, taking into account both mobile and desktop users to enhance ad effectiveness.
• Conduct market analysis and remain informed about industry trends to integrate innovative and impactful design elements into our advertisements.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to amplify the overall effectiveness of our advertising initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct A/B testing on ad designs and leverage data insights to refine and enhance campaign performance.
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality designs.
• Edit and enhance raw photographs in accordance with client standards.
• Adapt promotional creatives while maintaining balance and coherence in the designs.
• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a related discipline is advantageous — however, your ability to create impactful designs is what truly counts.
• An impressive portfolio or equivalent practical experience is equally important.
• 2 to 4 years of demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer, with a robust portfolio focused specifically on advertising and marketing materials.
• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva).
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools to optimize workflows, generate concepts, or enhance visuals.
• Capability to analyze campaign data and translate it into design enhancements.
• Experience or comfort with adapting designs for international markets and working with multilingual typography.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to manage ad hoc tasks in a fast-paced environment.
