Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop social-first creative content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, X, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging channels.

• Generate memes, content inspired by trends, reactive assets, and social creative that is culturally relevant.

• Create static posts, carousels, stories, social templates, and presentation materials; transform social insights, cultural moments, and online trends into engaging visual concepts.

• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Strategists, Community Managers, and Account teams.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas during the creative development process.

• Assist with campaign launches, content calendars, pitch decks, and initiatives for new business.

• Ensure that all deliverables maintain high creative quality, consistency, and relevance to the platforms.

• Keep abreast of internet culture, creator trends, updates on social platforms, and new formats.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of graphic design experience in a creative agency, social agency, media company, design studio, or in-house brand team.

• A robust portfolio showcasing social-first campaigns, organic social content, meme-driven creativity, participation in trends, and platform-native designs.

• Profound understanding of internet culture, meme formats, social trends, and creator ecosystems.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Strong abilities in typography, composition, layout, and visual storytelling.

• Experience in creating content tailored for social platforms and specific audience needs.

• Capability to work efficiently, manage multiple projects, and excel in a fast-paced environment; strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are essential.
