Visual and Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with designers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to brainstorm and create innovative concepts and visual solutions, ensuring design consistency and a cohesive brand representation across all channels.

• Develop storyboards, visually engaging graphics, illustrations, animations, and videos that effectively communicate the intended message while adhering to brand guidelines.

• Create eye-catching motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.

• Translate visual narratives from the provided brief and think creatively to produce unique solutions.

• Oversee projects from the storyboard phase through to the final animation.

• Craft high-impact designs, illustrations, and highly engaging animations and videos.

• Stay informed on the latest graphic design and video techniques to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.

• Perform quality checks on all designs and animations to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand guidelines.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in Motion Graphic Design.

• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design and motion projects, including illustrations, animations, and videos.

• In-depth understanding of fundamental visual and motion design disciplines (typography, iconography, audio, composition, color, layout, etc.).

• Strong drawing skills, particularly in character design.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, Lottiefiles, and Figma).

• Solid understanding of design principles, motion animation principles, typography, color theory, music, and layout techniques.

• Good comprehension of scene assembly and visual storytelling skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills, being a team player and a positive, innovative thinker.

• Experience in creating motion graphics and/or editing for social media.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating your ideas.

• Knowledge of 3D software is an advantage.
