This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Provide telehealth services through synchronous and asynchronous patient care using our application.
• Enjoy a flexible schedule by setting your own hours.

• Oversee a panel of 250 patients, with variations based on full-time equivalent (FTE) status.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary clinical team, including dietitians, exercise specialists, and behavioral medicine professionals, to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
• Establish meaningful and impactful relationships with your patients.
• Enjoy autonomy in practice while receiving administrative support.
• Collaborate with seasoned ABOM certified physicians.
• Join a small, established, and entrepreneurial private practice that focuses on evidence-based obesity and lifestyle medicine within a growing tech company.
• Possess a current Physician's license and DEA license in Minnesota **(Licensure in Minnesota is required)**.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently.
• Capable of working with a diverse range of patients.
• Implement evidence-based treatment approaches.
• ABOM certification is a plus.
• Experience with telemedicine and remote patient care is advantageous.
