This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
β’ Part-time contractor role with potential for future full-time positions (Remote)
β’ Telehealth services - providing synchronous and asynchronous patient care through our application
β’ Ideally available for 2 days a week from 3-7pm EST for provider scheduling
β’ Opportunity to take a leadership role and drive innovation
β’ Manage a panel of approximately 250 patients (subject to change with FTE)
β’ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes, including dietitians, exercise specialists, and behavioral medicine professionals
β’ Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with your patients
β’ Enjoy practice autonomy with administrative support
β’ Work alongside experienced ABOM-certified physicians
β’ Join a small, established, and entrepreneurial private practice focused on evidence-based obesity and lifestyle medicine as part of a growing tech company
β’ Valid MD or DO license in Maryland
β’ Current DEA license in Maryland
β’ Must be a resident of the US or legally permitted to work in the United States (NPI required)
β’ Ability to work independently
β’ Capable of engaging with a diverse patient population
β’ Skilled in implementing evidence-based treatment methodologies
β’ PA/NP Certificate in Obesity Medicine or relevant obesity background/ABOM certification is a plus
β’ Experience in telemedicine and remote patient care is advantageous
β’ Positive demeanor, encouraging personality, and a strong passion for achieving excellent patient outcomes
β’ Team-oriented mindset
β’ In a salaried capacity: compensation is based on FTE hours worked; includes health, dental, vision benefits, 401k, as well as paid time off, sick leave, and federal holidays
β’ Please note that this position will initially be offered as a contractor role.
