This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

• Deliver virtual tutoring sessions to students in Math and/or English Language Arts (ELA)

• Prepare for tutorial sessions by reviewing lesson plans and instructional materials in advance

• Evaluate student progress and offer constructive feedback

• Employ interactive and engaging teaching techniques to enhance the learning experience

• Keep records of student progress and outcomes from each session

• Effectively communicate with students and parents through the online platform

• Minimum requirement: currently enrolled in higher education or possess an associate degree

• Demonstrated strong commitment to student success

• Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring is advantageous

• Solid knowledge base in Math and/or English Language Arts (ELA)

• Proficient in the use of virtual learning platforms, online collaboration tools, and digital teaching strategies

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Training compensation of $18 per hour

• Starting pay of $18 per hour for new tutors; $20 per hour for those with experience

• Returning GO virtual tutors earn $22 per hour

• $200 bonus for perfect attendance for tutors who participate in all training and tutoring sessions

• Reimbursement for fingerprint-based background checks
