Virtual Seasonal Family Nurse Practitioner, NY Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct telehealth consultations, which include triage calls, video appointments, and follow-up emails.

• Engage in ongoing education during weekly Clinical Rounds and through various other means.

• Collaborate with colleagues both virtually and in-office through daily huddles.

• Utilize specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Provide virtual clinical services in conjunction with patients’ primary care providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program with national certification.

• Currently possess a license in New York, with the potential to obtain licenses in additional states.

• Have practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for a minimum of 2 years within the last 5 years in outpatient primary care, treating patients of all ages (0+), or in urgent care or emergency medicine with a similar demographic.

• Flexibility to work afternoon and evening shifts; current hours are from 7am-6pm EST or 11am-10pm EST.

• Demonstrate excellent clinical and communication abilities.

• Capability to adhere to established clinical protocols and workflows.

• Availability for an alternating Week A/Week B schedule, including rotating weekends.

• Willingness to support 2 out of 4 company-observed holidays.

• Commitment to human-centered primary care.

• Ability to engage with and provide care to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficient in utilizing technology to deliver high-quality care.

• Clinical expertise in evidence-based primary care practices.
