This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Receive incoming calls with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.

• Utilize cloud-based systems to schedule appointments effectively.

• Conduct precise data entry and manage client records accurately.

• Generate basic reports utilizing Excel.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in approach.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and the MS Office Suite.

• Basic skills in Excel for reporting tasks.

• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred but not essential.

• Experience in the industry is not a requirement.
