Virtual Process Engineer, US Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Your primary responsibility at the outset will be to complete our Moodle-based training curriculum.

• You will conduct research on various concepts and apply them to our specific business model to demonstrate your understanding of our operations.

• Oversee our NocoDB operational dashboard, which functions similarly to Airtable or SmartSuite.

• Assist in identifying bottlenecks within our processes.

• Investigate the reasons behind issues that arise and suggest logical solutions to the management team.

• Collaborate with our US-based team to document their current task methodologies and assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline those tasks.

• Aid in tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare straightforward reports that illustrate the effectiveness of our improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, etc.), Computer Science, or Information Technology is preferred.

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Must be comfortable with quickly learning new software.

• Experience with databases or low-code platforms (such as Airtable/NocoDB) is advantageous.

• You should possess a curious mindset, be detail-oriented, and enjoy problem-solving.

• Proficient written English skills are crucial for creating documentation and effective communication with the team.

• As this position is remote, you must be self-motivated and capable of focusing on your training modules from home.
