Virtual Physician Assistant – Overnights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide patient care through telehealth visits, which include telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and follow-up emails.

• Engage in ongoing education during weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.

• Work collaboratively with both virtual and in-office colleagues during daily huddles.

• Utilize clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Commit to overnight shifts from 7pm to 7am Eastern Time, including both weekdays and weekends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of a master's degree from an accredited physician assistant program (MSPAS).

• Active certification from the NCCPA.

• Current licensure in NY, DC, or CA, with the capability to secure additional state licenses as required.

• Within the last 5 years, a minimum of 4 years of experience as a PA in outpatient primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine, treating patients of all ages (0+).

• Willingness to work overnight shifts, currently from 7pm to 7am.

• Availability to work both weekday and weekend shifts.

• Excellent clinical and communication abilities.

• Clinical expertise in evidence-based primary care.

• Proficient in using technology to provide high-quality care.

• Capable of communicating with and caring for individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Must meet E-Verify work authorization requirements for the United States.
