Virtual Nurse Practitioner, CA License

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct tele-health consultations, including telephone triage calls, video appointments, and follow-up emails with patients.

• Engage in ongoing education through weekly Clinical Rounds and various other learning methods.

• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office team members during daily huddles.

• Utilize specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Provide evidence-based virtual medical services in collaboration with patients’ primary care providers.

• Serve patients through a 24/7 virtual medical team, available year-round.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program with national certification.

• Worked as an Advanced Practitioner for a minimum of 2 years within the last 5 years.

• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care environment serving patients of all ages (0+) or 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine with the same age range.

• Currently licensed in California, with the capability to acquire additional state licenses.

• Willingness to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday.

• Availability for shifts that range from 6am to 12am PST.

• Exceptional clinical and communication abilities.

• Proficient in evidence-based primary care practices.

• Skilled in utilizing technology to provide high-quality patient care.

• Capable of communicating with and delivering care to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
