Virtual Medical Assistant – MedSpa Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist a prestigious US-based Medical Spa by overseeing patient experience and communication across multiple channels.

• Arrange consultations and treatment appointments, including confirming, rescheduling, and following up on bookings.

• Quickly respond to inquiries and consultation requests, guiding prospective patients through the booking process.

• Perform post-treatment follow-up communications while ensuring accurate maintenance of patient records.

• Support the generation of reviews and management of online reputation, along with marketing initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in roles such as: Virtual Medical Assistant, Medical Receptionist, Patient Coordinator, or Medical Administrative Assistant.

• Prior experience working with a: Medical Spa (MedSpa), Aesthetic Clinic, Cosmetic Practice, Dermatology Clinic, or Plastic Surgery Practice.

• Excellent written and verbal English skills suitable for interactions with US patients.

• Experience in patient scheduling, lead follow-up, and coordinating appointments.

• Demonstrated ability to work remotely.

• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and standards for patient confidentiality.
