• Ensure all scholars develop the academic and social skills essential for success.

• Establish ambitious achievement goals for students and hold them accountable for reaching these objectives.

• Foster a dynamic learning environment.

• Plan and execute challenging instructional activities.

• Assess student mastery effectively.

• Monitor scholar progress and make necessary interventions or adjustments.

• Support the academic and social-emotional success of scholars.

• Meet key deliverables such as projected growth in Science, scholar satisfaction, persistence, attendance, and improvement for scholars below grade level.

• Provide 100% live daily instruction in an online K–12 educational setting.

• A strong passion for engaging with students and families in underserved communities.

• A bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.

• Relevant endorsements, if necessary.

• A valid State Teacher License.

• Effective teaching skills informed by standards and data-driven assessment.

• Experience in tracking and utilizing data to enhance instructional practices.

• Capability to meet physical demands, including extended periods of standing/walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 10 pounds, bending, and reaching.
