CEO – B2B FinTech, Crypto Payments Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the business from start to finish, encompassing strategy, product direction, go-to-market initiatives, team management, and outcomes.

• Transform existing traction into sustainable, scalable growth in new markets and among new clients.

• Assemble and guide a robust team with defined ownership and decision-making authority.

• Utilize Sigma Software Group’s extensive technical, product, security/DevOps, legal, finance, partner, and client resources.

• Be accountable for key business results and performance metrics.

• Serve as the company's representative through effective storytelling, public relations, and building relationships with customers, partners, and investors.

• Lead GeekPay, a B2B FinTech platform delivering secure crypto payment solutions for global contractor disbursements.

• Focus on scaling priorities such as expedited onboarding, increased network integrations, and strategic partnerships to support high-volume usage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in scaling a product business beyond initial traction.

• Strong expertise in go-to-market strategies, including sales, partnerships, and creating repeatable growth mechanisms.

• Proven commercial and financial acumen, with a solid understanding of unit economics and the ability to make tough trade-offs.

• Experience in high-autonomy leadership roles involving hiring, team development, and full accountability.

• Excellent executive communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the readiness to manage strategy, execution, and results comprehensively.

• Network within the blockchain/crypto ecosystem is advantageous.

• Experience in regulatory compliance within payments or financial services is beneficial.

• Background in fundraising or investor relations is a plus.

• Experience in international markets is advantageous.
