• Ensure all scholars develop the academic and social skills essential for their success.

• Establish ambitious objectives for student achievement.

• Hold scholars accountable for reaching their achievement targets.

• Foster a dynamic learning environment.

• Plan and implement rigorous instructional strategies.

• Evaluate for mastery of content.

• Monitor scholar progress continuously.

• Adjust instruction or intervene as necessary to promote scholar success.

• Achieve critical deliverables, including scholar growth, satisfaction, persistence, attendance, and academic advancement for students performing below grade level.

• Provide live online instruction as part of the virtual school’s daily teaching framework.

• A bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.

• Relevant endorsements, if applicable.

• A valid State Teacher License.
