This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Efficiently manage calendars and scheduling.
• Coordinate travel logistics, including accommodations and itineraries.
• Oversee social media management and engagement efforts.
• Develop professional PowerPoint presentations.
• Handle invoicing and oversee payment processing.
• Prepare and submit expense reports.
• Provide exceptional client care and support.
• Assist with light event planning and coordination tasks.
• Manage and organize email correspondence.
• Aid in creating and maintaining procedural documents.
• Oversee newsletters for distribution.
• At least five (5) years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant.
• A fully equipped home office, which includes:
• A computer with the complete version of MS Office 365.
• High-speed internet access.
• A smartphone capable of email communication.
• A computer with a working webcam for virtual meetings.
• Strong proficiency in cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management software).
