Virtual Event Host – Romanian Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Serve as the host for a range of enjoyable, engaging, and high-quality virtual volunteering, team-building, and wellness activities for Visit.org's corporate partners via Zoom.

• Welcome, engage, and motivate participants while assisting nonprofits in conducting online events.

• Manage all administrative responsibilities as the Zoom Host during events to guarantee a seamless experience for participants: for example, overseeing the waiting room, placing teams in breakout rooms for varying durations, sharing links in the chat, taking screenshots, and generally being an excellent support to the nonprofit representative leading the event.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in acting, comedy, improv, or a similar field that involves engaging and interacting with an audience.

• Experience in group facilitation and managing group dynamics.

• Bilingual in Romanian and English (Spanish is an advantage).

• Located in the EMEA region.

• High energy and a positive demeanor.

• Quick thinker—able to problem-solve on the fly when unexpected issues arise during events.

• Extremely comfortable with and enjoys public speaking.

• Excellent customer service and presentation skills.

• Must have reliable high-speed internet and a computer with a webcam.
