This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate bike, battery, accessories, and services.
• Clearly articulate bike features, subscription options, and pricing structures.
• Facilitate customer sign-ups, account creation, and payment processing.
• Employ sales strategies to transform potential customers into subscribers.
• Provide support for customer inquiries regarding subscriptions, payments, and account issues.
• Aid customers in troubleshooting basic bike or service problems remotely.
• Coordinate service requests and follow-ups in collaboration with the operations team.
• Address customer concerns and objections while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Deliver precise, friendly, and effective communication to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams through chat and messaging tools to address customer requests.
• Foster trust and develop long-lasting relationships within our rider community.
• **Native or fluent** in French and Arabic.
• **Fluent** in English (C1 - C2 level).
• Over 2 years of experience in customer support, sales, or call center positions.
• Comfortable working on camera and assisting customers via **live video** throughout the day.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and productivity tools.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and headset required.
• Retail experience is an advantage.
