This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Support customers through a monitor at our locations using a live video connection.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate bike, battery, accessories, and services.
• Describe bike features, subscription options, and pricing structures.
• Help customers with account creation, sign-up processes, and payment completion.
• Employ sales strategies to convert potential customers into subscribers.
• Provide assistance to existing customers regarding subscription inquiries, payments, and account issues.
• Aid customers in troubleshooting basic bike or service-related issues remotely.
• Coordinate service requests and follow-up actions with the operations team.
• Address customer concerns and objections while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Deliver clear, accurate, and friendly communication to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams through chat and messaging tools to resolve customer requests.
• Cultivate trust and long-term relationships within our rider community.
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Fluent in English (C1 - C2 level).
• Over 2 years of experience in customer support, sales, or call center positions.
• Comfortable working on camera and assisting customers via live video throughout the day.
• Capable of multitasking and maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and productivity tools.
• High-speed internet connection and a headset are required.
