This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate bike, battery, accessories, and services.
• Provide explanations of bike features, subscription options, and pricing structures.
• Aid customers in signing up, creating accounts, and processing payments.
• Employ sales strategies to transform potential customers into subscribers.
• Offer support to customers regarding subscription inquiries, payments, and account-related issues.
• Help customers troubleshoot basic bike or service problems remotely.
• Coordinate service requests and follow up with the operations team.
• Address customer concerns and objections while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Deliver clear, precise, and friendly communication to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams via chat and messaging tools to resolve customer requests.
• Foster trust and build long-term relationships within our rider community.
• **Native or fluent** Spanish.
• **Fluent** English (C1 - C2 level).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, sales, or call center positions.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and assisting customers via **live video** throughout the day.
• Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and productivity tools.
