This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Algeria.
• Provide assistance to customers through a monitor located at our sites via live video connection.
• Aid customers in selecting the appropriate bike, battery, accessories, and services.
• Clarify bike features, subscription options, and pricing details.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding subscriptions, payments, and account-related matters.
• Support customers in resolving basic bike or service issues remotely.
• Foster trust and cultivate long-term relationships with our rider community.
• Native or fluent in both French and Arabic.
• Proficient in English (C1 - C2 level).
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer support, sales, or call center positions.
• At ease working on camera and providing customer assistance via live video throughout the day.
• Capable of multitasking and maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and productivity tools is essential.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection and a headset are required.
• Experience in retail is advantageous.
