This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Facilitate online “Video Visits” with health plan members, ensuring a private environment with a reliable internet connection.

• Offer 40 hours of availability each week, consistently delivering over 320 capacity units monthly.

• Achieve a high visit completion rate, reliably completing more than 220 visits each month.

• Adhere to training, affiliation, and compliance standards for Video Visit requirements (regular training is mandatory).

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, unrestricted license(s) in the relevant coverage area(s).

• Board certification is mandatory.

• Previous experience with Signify Health In-Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, in-home visits, telehealth visit delivery, or a comparable format is preferred.

• Must fulfill minimum criteria for remote visit delivery, which includes broadband connectivity with video and audio capabilities, a quiet environment with a neutral backdrop for conducting visits, and the ability to maintain health plan member privacy in accordance with CVS Health guidelines.

• Clinicians will focus solely on providing Video Visits (“telehealth”) services.

• Capable of obtaining and retaining multi-state licenses in the relevant coverage area as required.
