This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and implement social media strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility and engagement.
• Design and oversee social media content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Produce compelling and shareable content, encompassing graphics, videos, and blog articles.
• Monitor various social media platforms, respond to comments and messages, and interact with followers.
• Cultivate and manage online communities, encouraging positive discussions and interactions.
• Evaluate social media analytics to assess performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in social media and community management.
• Partner with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Offer general administrative support to the marketing team as necessary.
• Demonstrated experience in social media management.
• Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms and their optimal usage.
• Strong capabilities in both written and verbal communication.
• Background in branding is advantageous.
• Innovative thinking and the ability to create engaging content.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in analyzing social media analytics to extract actionable insights.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools.
• Capacity to work independently and remotely with limited supervision.
• Enthusiasm for keeping current with the latest trends in social media and online communities.
• Positive mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.

• Compensation in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
• Starting hourly wage ranging from **$4 - $12** based on your experience, with opportunities for increases based on performance;
