Virtual Assistant – Operations, Social Media Monitoring

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• Log in each day via VPN to access plant and sensor dashboards;

• Oversee water levels and environmental parameters across various rooms and zones;

• Compare measurements against target ranges as provided by the client;

• Make minor irrigation adjustments as necessary (e.g., alter watering duration or frequency) according to established guidelines;

• Maintain exceptional accuracy when modifying numeric values (e.g., differentiating between 5 minutes and 50 minutes);

• Record daily checks and modifications in a structured log for review;

• Immediately flag any anomalies or irregular patterns to leadership;

• Monitor Reddit and other online platforms for mentions of the brand;

• Engage using neutral customer-style accounts (not official company accounts);

• Respond courteously to comments, questions, or complaints;

• Share positive feedback to help enhance brand reputation;

• Escalate repeated complaints or serious issues;

• Assist in drafting responses for official accounts when necessary;

• Highly detail-oriented and meticulous with numbers;

• Comfortable working with dashboards and remote systems via VPN;

• Strong computer skills along with troubleshooting capabilities;

• Organized and process-focused;

• Ability to follow written instructions and checklists meticulously;

• Proficient in written English for online engagement and communication;

• Dependable and consistent with daily check-ins (including weekends);

• Experience in social media community management;

• Experience with agricultural systems or environmental monitoring is advantageous;
