This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Provide administrative support to legal teams, which includes managing calendars and inboxes.
• Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, contracts, and various correspondence.
• Assist in managing the contract lifecycle by tracking important dates and renewals.
• Perform basic legal research and compile informative summaries.
• Organize and maintain digital filing systems along with legal records.
• Coordinate communications with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Support compliance tracking and prepare necessary documents for filings.
• Oversee data entry and updates in CRM systems related to legal matters.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal.
• Basic understanding of legal terminology and documentation processes.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and the capability to manage confidential information.
• Proficient in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
• Experience with legal tools, such as document management systems and e-signature platforms, is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
