This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Assists with the comprehensive land origination process.
• Manages administrative duties and research for the Origination Lead.
• Conducts property research and oversees data management.
• Implements personalized mail merge communications.
• Keeps the origination pipeline updated and well-maintained.
• Organizes scheduling for calls with landowners and site visits.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking capabilities.
• Competence in adhering to structured processes and playbooks accurately.
• Outstanding written communication skills for tailored outreach.
• Proficiency in Excel, Monday.com, and project management or tracking tools.
• Capability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Familiarity with Australian landowner databases.
• Experience in property, real estate, or business development in energy/infrastructure is preferred.
• Previous experience with the mentioned tools and platforms is beneficial; however, comprehensive training will be provided.
