Virtual Assistant – Ecommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage daily EDI orders for partners including Fanatics, Rally House, HSN, Colony Brands, and other True Commerce affiliates.

• Handle orders from non-integrated partners such as Sharper Image and QVC.

• Ensure prompt acknowledgments, shipping confirmations, and invoice processing.

• Track the system for any unacknowledged or delayed orders.

• Process order cancellations and modifications in quantity.

• Resolve EDI transmission issues effectively.

• Collaborate with trading partner account managers.

• Update inventory records when items are out of stock.

• Monitor return logs and accurately document all returns in Business Central.

• Create and send EDI credit memos as needed.

• Review weekly warehouse scrap logs and adjust inventory accordingly.

• Maintain daily tracking logs.

• Identify late shipments, delivery exceptions, or missing scans.

• Initiate reshipments when necessary.

• Update tracking information in partner portals.

• Assist in the onboarding process for new trading partners.

• Support in item uploads and configuration tasks.

• Cross-train across all dropship accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in EDI processing is preferred.

• Familiarity with True Commerce or comparable platforms is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

• Capability to manage large volumes of repetitive tasks efficiently.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Experience with Business Central is a plus.
